Refund and Returns Policy

General returns are not authorized but may be accepted in a case by case basis and may carry up to a 15% restocking fee and does not include any associated shipping charges.

All shipments are done through USPS or UPS. Rotaries are only shipped via UPS services all other small items are shipped by USPS unless size limitations require it to be shipped via UPS.
