Honeycomb Bed Square This bed square is perfect for your honeycomb bed to allow you to set a fixed square position on your bed for repeat jobs. The square can be placed in a number of different positions and arrangements on the bed. They are designed to be a tight fit to help lock in the square so it does not easily move.

Knife Bed Square.

***Check your blade Gap, this square covers 6 blades. Blade tips should be about 20mm(13/16in) apart and in total of the six blades is 108mm(4.25in)***** if this is not the same as your setup it can be modified but will need to know in advance.

Laser bed Precision Square.

Here is my blade square concept based off my material clamping system. With this square you can positions it on the blades for an adjustable tight fit. This used in conjunction with the gantry alignment tool will ensure a perfectly square and repeatable position stop aligned with your gantry. This Square is made with a 4mm low profile design and will work on any thickness material and NEVER get in the way of the nozzles movement. it is also notched out on the right side (for ruler clearance) for those with smaller machine and bed real estate is needed. with this it can be put on the last blade closest to the bed frame and you only give up 22mm of the bed.
