-The Recipient hereto desires to participate in an exclusive Agreement regarding JER CUSTOM DESIGNS/ROTOBOSS. Therefore, in consideration of the mutual promises and covenants contained in this Agreement, and other good and valuable consideration, the receipt and sufficiency of which is hereby acknowledged, the parties hereto agree as follows:n-For purposes of this Agreement, The recipient agrees to be exclusive as a Brand Representative of RotoBoss Rotary Attachments in the public eye via Social media and other outlets. Signing this agreement would convey that the recipient has concluded any sponsorship or affiliate agreements with any other competing brands or entities that would create a conflict of interest.n-Notwithstanding the foregoing, the parties’ duty to hold in confidence Confidential Information that was disclosed during term shall remain in effect indefinitely. Both parties also acknowledge that the details of this agreement shall not be disclosed to other parties.n-Ambassador: shall conduct themselves in an appropriate manner in regards to communicating or interacting with the public when speaking on or about the Rotoboss Rotary attachments. At no time should you engage in conversation in a negative way towards or about other companies, entities or General Public. n-In an effort to ensure proper and correct information is released, Any and all Questions or concerns shall be addressed with JER Custom Designs/Rotoboss prior to public releases such as Post or Videos. All videos related to technical or setup information on the Rotaries shall be sent for review by JER Custom Designs/Rotoboss prior to release to prevent any incorrect info being sent out.nTermination of Agreement.n-For any reason if either party feels there is a need to terminate this agreement due to a breach of this agreement or any other reason, a notice must be provided in writing to the other party. Any money due to the receiving party will be paid in full up to the date of the notice and the receiving party shall comply with all agreed upon terms prior to being discharged or leaving.

* You are not a technical expert on our rotaries and we do not expect you to be one. You can assist with basic troubleshooting and setup, but all major support issues need to be directed to me to maintain continuity. n* We do not push the product just for sales rather educate and Inform people of the benefit of owning a RotoBoss Rotaryn and let them make their own informed decision.n* Do not post links, promotion or spam in pages/groups that are not your own or that you do not have permission to do so in.n* Be respectful of the other groups rules and the people in those groups, if they say no it means no.n* Feel free to respond to any questions how you see fit and provide information and links when asked or prompted. n* Conduct yourself in a professional manor in the public eye.n* Do not engage with Tolls and other manufactures affiliates if provoked. They will try and push you, Dont fall into the trap.n* Speak open and honest about the RotoBoss Products, Do not over exaggerate or embellish to try and drive sales, they will come.n* Do not speak ill of competitors products, but if you have used both products and wish to voice an opinion based on your experience please do so tactfully and truthfully.n* You must Make it known you are an affiliate when asked, in videos and or any promotional posts, but not required for all posts. When in doubt make it known as inconspicuous as you can. n* Failure to abide by these rules and or in appropriate conduct may result in the immediate termination of your affiliation. n*These guidelines are not all inclusive, use good judgement and be respectful to others.
